  1. Requires Intuit QuickBooks® for Mac (version 2010 or higher) and a merchant account through Intuit Payment Solutions provided by Intuit. Debit card transactions are processed as Signature Debit which does not require entering a PIN code. Application approval, an Internet connection, and at least Safari version 3.0 or higher required. Not compatible with QuickBooks® financial software (for the PC), QuickBooks® Enterprise Solutions, and QuickBooks® Online. Transaction fees and discount rates apply. Additional fees may apply for specific occurrences (including chargeback and/or retrieval fees) and will apply when accepting cards other than Visa, MasterCard, and Discover® Network, including American Express, JCB, and Diners Club cards. Rates are determined by the financial institution and are subject to change without notice. Transactions are subject to Association guidelines. Card-swiped rate requires card reader; sold separately.   2. Mobile payments processing through GoPayment is included at no additional monthly service cost. Per transaction fees apply and will mirror the per transaction rates and fees as the Intuit Merchant Service for QuickBooks® for Mac account.   4. Debit card transactions are processed as Signature Debit which does not require entering a PIN code.
  5. Funds generally are deposited into your U.S. bank account within 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution and your Demand Deposit Account. Clearance time for funds may vary depending on your Demand Deposit Account.
  6. Card-Swiped Rate of 1.61% applies to qualified swiped Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that are electronically authorized. Card-swiped rate requires the card reader for Intuit Merchant Service for QuickBooks® for Mac, which is available separately for $69.95. To order, call (866) 645-8328.   7. “Key-Entered Rate” of 2.35% will be charged on all qualified manually keyed Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that have AVS. All Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that do not meet the requirements stated above, business cards, foreign cards and transactions that do not meet Visa/MC/Discover Network requirements for the best interchange program will be charged a “Non-Qualified Rate” of 3.11%. A Per-Authorization fee of $0.34 will be charged for non-qualified transactions. Different discount rates for American Express and JCB may apply.
  8. A separate account, offered at a discounted price, may be required.
